Since our training and nutrition program is a digital service, we offer refunds only in the following cases:
- If the customer makes a purchase by mistake and notifies us within the 24 hours after payment without having accessed the content.
- If, for technical reasons attributable to us, the customer is unable to access the program and a solution is not found within a period of 72 hours from the problem report.
No refunds will be granted in the following cases:
- If the client has accessed the program content.
- If you have not correctly followed the access instructions provided.
- If the request is made after the stipulated deadline.
- If the customer changes his mind after the purchase.
To request a refund, please send us an email at hola@transformbypaula.com with proof of payment and the reason for the request.
- DELIVERY POLICY (PROGRAM ACCESS)
- As this is a digital service, access to the program is granted automatically, by means of an e-mail sent to the address registered by the client, after confirming the payment.
- In case of delay in the delivery of the access, the customer should contact us at hola@transformbypaula.com within the 24 hours after purchase.
- There are no associated shipping costs, as this is an online service.
- RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS
- No physical returns apply, as our program is 100% digital.
- If the customer experiences technical problems with the content, we are committed to offer assistance to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- Subscription cancellations can be made at any time prior to the next billing cycle without additional charges.
- Once a subscription period or access to the program has started, no refunds will be granted for late cancellations.
- To unsubscribe, the customer must go to Account Settings/Unsubscribe or send an email to hola@transformbypaula.com with at least 48 hours in advance to the renewal date.
