Refunds, Cancellations and Returns Policy

At Tranformbypaula.com , We strive to provide high quality service to all of our customers. Below are our policies regarding refunds, deliveries, returns and cancellations.

  1. REFUND POLICY

Since our training and nutrition program is a digital service, we offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • If the customer makes a purchase by mistake and notifies us within the 24 hours after payment without having accessed the content.
  • If, for technical reasons attributable to us, the customer is unable to access the program and a solution is not found within a period of 72 hours from the problem report.

No refunds will be granted in the following cases:

  • If the client has accessed the program content.
  • If you have not correctly followed the access instructions provided.
  • If the request is made after the stipulated deadline.
  • If the customer changes his mind after the purchase.

To request a refund, please send us an email at hola@transformbypaula.com with proof of payment and the reason for the request.

  1. DELIVERY POLICY (PROGRAM ACCESS)
  • As this is a digital service, access to the program is granted automatically, by means of an e-mail sent to the address registered by the client, after confirming the payment.
  • In case of delay in the delivery of the access, the customer should contact us at hola@transformbypaula.com within the 24 hours after purchase.
  • There are no associated shipping costs, as this is an online service.
  1. RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS
  • No physical returns apply, as our program is 100% digital.
  • If the customer experiences technical problems with the content, we are committed to offer assistance to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Subscription cancellations can be made at any time prior to the next billing cycle without additional charges.
  • Once a subscription period or access to the program has started, no refunds will be granted for late cancellations.
  • To unsubscribe, the customer must go to Account Settings/Unsubscribe or send an email to hola@transformbypaula.com with at least 48 hours in advance to the renewal date.
